Doing our part to protect the environment is our duty and our privilege. That’s why we often recommend systems, materials, practices and standards that provide green and sustainable design in all phases of the building delivery, from conception through completion.

As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, J.R. Prisco, Inc. maintains construction professionals who are experienced in Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED^®) and well versed in assisting owners with achieving certification for environmentally sustainable construction projects.

2009 brought recognition to our first Gold Level Certification for the Far Hills Country Day School gymnasium facility – only the third Gold Level type project in New Jersey.

In June of 2009, Nick D’Amore became the first member of our staff to become LEED AP certified. This move increased J.R. Prisco’s efforts to provide each and every client with the most current environment expertise.

2010 brought about an expansion of our home office. We are in the process of certification for this project so that we can set an example for our clients.
